Hi Gurus,
I made a mistake with the from and end date set in a trip (PR05)
Now we are unable to process the claim due to the future date entered in the system .We tried to make changes in the dates however still we are unable to process the claim.
This is the error message I am receiving:
Border return: Date 23.02.2010 time 00:00 is not within trip duration
do you know how to fix it?

Hi Lupa,
You can see the same through PR05.
Select the trip and choose the display button. Then you will be able to view tabs for Receipts and Trip segments. You can see all you receipts and mileage claims in these tab.
In these two tabs, please verify the date for receipts and mileage claims.

If you have already changed the trip start and end date, please check any receipt/mileage claims of future dates are still present in trip.
Please correct the receipt date also.
