Urgent error during installation of NW04

Now I have installed a NW04 test server, Once the installation is complete I tried to log on with the DDIC where I got the load_format error and I applied the following note 567866. Now I am getting the following error SQL 1502 error occurred while accessing SAP program. Please help me in this regard.

I think this error is due to an unstable Database.

Can you log onto BRTools and run a check db then a verify DB?

Next time could you include Operating System version and Database Version.....

Thanks for your input. The database had unusable indexes and we rebuild that! now things are fine !
