serial no attribute

Dear Team,

I have activated serial no management. At the time of return delivery (movement type 651) i want serial no requirment to be optional. I am trying to map "define flow type group" in "Define Serialization Attributes for Movement Types". But is only allowing for Serialization Procedure = MMSL. And i want to add entry for Serialization Procedure = SDRM which throws an error message.

What can i do now ?.

Error Message : tem 000010 requires exactly 1 serial numbers for the asset

Message no. IO206

Here i am doing PGR for quontity = 1. Also i had done mapping to keep serial number optional for 651 movement type but system is asking to enter serial number compulsury.

Please guide..

Please check whether any of the following notes are of helpful to you

a) 805884

b) 1000234

c) 333751

d) 721179

In all the above notes, nowhere, it has been suggested for movement type 651 and hence, not sure whether this will address your requirement.
