stock transfer in quality to unrestricted stock

hi,

i am new in qm module.

i have finished product quality stock in mmbe when in mb1b we transfer material qualtiy stock into unrestricted that time this error is occured Change the inspection stock of material in QM only.

in material master we maintained inpection tpye 03 and 04.

in qa32 04 type inpection lot origin for finished product there system status is CRTD CHCR SPRQ

therefore when we click on result error is Characteristic results cannot be recorded for inspection lot 040000000100

and also UD is not possible.

tell me the procedure how to solve the problem.

either i create inpection plan ,characteristics like lenth ,thickness.

tell me configuration of qm module with pp.

Hi

1.In QA32 check the lot number

2.Go to Qa02

3.enter lot number

4.click on Inspec Specs

5.task list will be attached to the lot

6.click on sample

7.save.

Now if task list is not created then go to QP01 >enter material>date must be prior to that of Creation of Inspection lot.

Usage :5

Status 4

save the task list

Now follow above procedure of QA02

Status of the lot will become CRTD to REL

Now take UD

Hi Prakash,

First create inspection plan with tcode QP01 with usage 5 and status 4.Assign the same plan in QA02 to the inspection lot so that its status will change to REL from CRTD.In QA02, go to tab insp. specification, and click on "task list/spec" and sample and save.Then take the UD.
