INTRASTAT for Austria with Plants Abroad

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with INTRASTAT declaration in an austrian company. I have already contacted the SAP Support and the reply was that the functionality is not available and I should check with the Experts in the forums. Here is what I wrote to SAP:

we have encountered a problem regarding the creation of INTRASTAT

reports in Austria. The current setup is that we have swiss company

code which has the functionality plants abroad activated. This company

has a subsidiary in Austria with an austrian VAT ID.

The subsidiary needs to file INTRASTAT reports to the authorities. The

file was sent back with the explanation that the field AUT-Code

Authorization Code CUSDEC is missing.

We have found that we may enter this code in the global settings for

the company code in the additional data screen. However, we have not

found a possibility to enter this information for the plants abroad

functionalitity. We have checked the customizing path "Sales and

Distribution --> Foreign Trade/Customs --> Periodic Declarations -->

Special Processing for plants abroad" and found no relevant screen

field.

Does anyone of you have any hint, how we could solve this issue?

Could it be possible to use a customer exit to modify the creation of the intrastat file?

okay we solved this one by adding the field content in the general company code data.
