Hello all gurus,

We have installed a Enterprise Portal server (Java Only) we are trying to install sap license through Visual Administrator we are receiving following error.

We tried super user but we are facing same problem.

Hi Prasad,

this usually means that the server is down.

If there is no valid license in the system, the server is shut down automatically after a few minutes. So you have to restart the system and then immediately after it is running you need to install the license.

Dear Christoph,

That's exactly what we are trying to do.When we try to login to visual Administrator our portal is working but we are not able to login to Visual Administrator.
