Hi,

1.Create projects by LSMW if you have too many open projects otherwise you can also go for manual project creation also.

2.For booking actual costs and down payments ,prepare an excel sheet with WBSE and Cost and ask FI consultant to create an LSMW to upload.

Hi,

Just you have book the cost for the WBSE Elements, you can use F-02 or FB50 for this purpose to book the cost .

Create an LSMW for this purpose and upload all the line items.

For down payments to customer use F-29 and give WBS ,Customer no and amount and pass the entries by LSMW.

Hi,

Accounts Payable will be the opening balances for Vendors and can be uploaded using a BDC through a F-60 transaction code.

why don't you first check with your FICO and MM consultant

the question you have posed is not a PS issue

there are sufficient replies on how to transfer project strucutres

just saying that your FI colleague is new is not good enough

if there is a real business issue in your company then please hire a goods set of consultants - cut over is not a childs play - it is a serious issue and should be dealt with experienced consultants - FI CO MM and PS
