Can any one explain how to generate the alerts for successful messages?

Are you looking for a particular scenario or for all interfaces in PI.. IF it is for a particular scenario then you can use BPM and send mail once the interface is successful..

But if you plan to raise alert for entire successful messages in PI landscape, then that is not possible

Hi,

Why don't you develop an adapter module that would sit on the outbound from PI adapter that trigger this type of alert - obviously once the message is leaving PI, it is regarded as successful

The best practice of alert mechanisems is to raise the alert

ONLY whne something bad happened becasue ...when everyhting is ok why wake up someone in the middle of the night with SMS???

This is basiclly the pracitce of SAP as well.

The Alert mechansiem is based on erorr statuses of the IS and AE.

Sucessfull messages don't raise alerts.
