No Order items for Billing for the Data specified

Hi ,

*while generating billing document for the Renewal Subscription order(SUBE) through JF01 getting error message- No Order items for Billing for the Data specified.* For this what we can do?

*Please Help me to to proceed futher.*

Hi,

Do check whether the Subscription monitoring Program has been executed for the Renewal Subscription.

Run JKRM - IS-M/SD Monitoring Program for Renewal Controlled Subscriptions.

After running the same Renewal Subscription Order will be updated with Monitoring Procedure,Level,Step type and Status.

Execute the JKRM and proceed Further.

Hi,

This problem occurs when the billing document is already created but might not be posted to accounting. So when you are trying to create a billing document again for the particular order system is throwing an error like "No Order line items for billing for the data specified". You can also go to transaction "JKRT" to check whether the billing document is posted to accounting or not.

Hi Madhusudan ,

Please run the transaction "JFRT" for the Sales area you are specifying in JF01. If you can see the orders there then only it is due for billing. If its not that means billing is done for that sales area for that perticular billing date.

Also check if the transaction "JFT1" or "JFT2" is running regularly in your system to transfer the billing documents to financial accounting.
