Hi Group,
we are in process of analyzing some of the KPI like customer satisfaction rate.
1)I want to know what are the benefits of forecasting at customer or customer/SKU level.
2)Also if we decide to increase the granularity of our forecast(in our case forecast at customer or customer/SKU level because our Business requires a better customer satisfaction rate what all functionality we need in our Supply Planning(we use APO-SNP-Heuristic) and execution system-ECC so that we can justify spending extra time and effort in adding extra level of granularity in our forecast.

Forcasting at customer level if you use you can priortise demand based on customer so that customer with higher priority gets supply element first.
Sales orders for that customer consume forcast at this level.
