We are implementing RCA functionality in SolMan, I am trying to understand, What process SolMan follow to do the RCA analysis.
Say for example, Allerts or incident is being generated, because of some trigger. The RCA is supposed to tell what caused the problem. What was the reason that this issue is raised or some thing failed.
We have installed the Willy Introscope.
Can anybody help or provide me with more details or useful links. How does the RCA works- how SolMAn helps my Application Team to find the root cause.
