DELIVERY_DATE is not posting correctly in inbound idoc to apo

Hi all,

I am getting inbound idoc from XI.

The type of idoc is POAPS_SAVEMULTIPLE2.

Basic type is POAPS_SAVEMULTIPLE201

Message Type is POAPS_SAVEMULTIPLE2

In the first segment E1BP10502POOUTI

we have the field DELIVERY_DATE.

The ATPCAT type is AH.

I found the BAPI used for posting is BAPI_POSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI3.

When we try to post the IDOC with DELIVERY_DATE in past ,PO MEMO is getting created with delivery date as current date or future date.

But when we try to post the IDOC with DELIVERY_DATE in future, PO MEMO is getting created with delivery date as in IDOC.

Could you please let me know the reason for this behaviour, also is there is any configuration or USEREXIT available so that we can create PO MEMO with the date (DELIVERY_DATE in IDOC) in past.

Thanks

Leela Krishna

Hi Leela,

Check whether the duration maintained in your Transportation Lane. System would consider the value in DELIVERY_DATE and the transportation duration mentioned in the Transportation Lane while posting it in Livecache. So when you keep the Delivery date in past it adds up the duration and posts the same in future or current date depending upon the duration and delivery date mentioned. You need to offset this value while posting from XI to IDOC.

Thanks,
