Difference in preview and print of text in Smartforms

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am using the smart forms.

I have a case in that when I see the print preview of a PO it looks OK, but when I print it it convert a particular letter a to u.

please suggest how it can be resolved.

How can the output option, control parameters passed to teh form.

This is because there is a code page conversion when printing, according to the code page defined in the device type of your output device.

You need to find the right code page for the same driver. For example, you maybe use SAPWIN device type, and you should change to I2SWIN (different code page, among other things).

Ask your basis administrator.
