I NEED HELP IN GETTING THE SALES FORECAST DATA FROM APO IN EXCEL FORMAT

CAN U GUIDE ME HOW TO GET IT FROM THE REQUIRED TRANSACTION

AND REQUIRED PROCESS STEPS

Hi Sandesh,

Use RSA1 transaction, select the infoprovider,

select the suitable infocube,right click and schedule

a data load. Then go into contents and select the

key figures which you want to display and execute

Then upload the data into excel

Hi Sandesh,

You can export the data to excel in multiple way. One of the simplest method is to use "save locally" functionality. Goto your dateview and open the selection for which you want to download the forecast in excel format. If you want to do it for multiple products, select at the higher level and make a drill down before you export the data to excel.

This functionality will download data for all the periods mentioned in the dataview and for all the Key Figures mentioned in the dataview. So if you need only forecast, then create a dataview with only forecast and use that for exporting the info to excel.
