Customer placed the order A5 materials quantity as 400. the system created the delivery for 100 materials due to availabilty of the material..

what the user requirement is he want to delivery all (400) materils in one delivery (with out selection the complete delivery in sales order header shipping tab)......not 100 qty and 200 etc.

(customer want to delivery all quantity in one delivery group with out selecting the complete delivery feild in the sales order header shipping tab)

Dear Friend,

As suggested by Kapildev & Chandra above, use of "Delivery Group" is the best option in your case...

Thanks,

Dear

For additional information we can check complete delivery in customer master delivery tab page

We may check delivery group from vov7 BOM Config.

Thanks

Hi,

Also try in sales order screen under SIPPING tan there is option delivery group, it is frely define.

Put delivery group as 1 for all item.

Delivery group (items are delivered together)

A combination of items that should be delivered together.

Use

The system uses delivery groups to check the availability of items that should be delivered together. The delivery date of the latest schedule line in the delivery group is taken as the general date for the whole group.

Procedure

During sales order processing, you can enter a number (up to three digits) that identifies a delivery group. The number is freely definable.

Dependencies

If necessary, the system adjusts requirements that have already been created and changes the material availability dates for individual items to the delivery date that it has determined for the group.

Example

If a typewriter is usually delivered with a case, you can define the two items as a delivery group.

Note

If an item has more than one schedule line with a confirmed quantity, then the system deletes all undelivered schedule lines up to the last one. The system automatically carries over the quantities from the deleted schedule lines into the last one. If necessary, the system changes the delivery date of the last schedule line to that of the delivery group.

Try making the Following setting.

in the line item shipping tab page of the sales order there is a field "Part.dlv./item" this field controls whether partial deliveries are allowed or not. Select the value "C - Full Delivery required" for the l ine item you want. and mark the Under Delivery and Over Delivery pecentages as Zero.

then when you create the Delivery if u have some shortage stock, the system will create a single Delivery for the available quantity and gives you a warning message that a FULL Delivery is required but does not stop the delivery creation.

The message you get is VL 062 which is a warning message.

but the message type can be controllable for this message.

go to Tcode OVM1 and select the message type and the message number change the setting from "W" to "E" and save.

when u create a delivery next time and if you have shortage stock items then the system will nto allow you to save the order.
