I have no knowledge about 8D report in QM
Request you to please let me know the steps to generate it.

Hii,
8D is nothing but 8 Disciplines of Problem solving methodology. This is similar to providing Counter measure(Action plan) for the problems. 8D is the document format used in Automobile industry for giving action plan to the customers.. This 8D methodology is derived from the standard of ISO/TS 16949:2002.
8D stands for,
D1- Define ur team, D2-Describe ur problem, D3-Define ur Interim action, D4-Define & verify root causes, D5-Define & verify ur Corrective actions, D6-Implement permanent correct actions, D7- Prevent reaccurance of the problem, D8- Recognize/congratulate ur team
The same can be mapped in Quality notification. According to ur 8D format u can customize Notification screen tabs. This will solve ur problem.
