Installation number not yet assigned

I had installed a Java Stack NW WAS(as an add-on), soon after intalled ABAP Stack NW WAS. But the installation number for Java Stack NW WAS is "no yet assigned", either from http://host:port/sap/monitoring/SystemInfo or via JMX connection. Installation number is displayed properly at ABAP stack NW WAS.

Anyone knows what goes wrong and how to solve it?

Is the product licensed? Sometimes the installation number do not show until the license is installed.

It is licensed. From the table MLICHECK table which store license info, i can see that CUSTOMERINST column contains the isntallation number.
