Preventive maintenance for a tool

Dear Experts,

I would like to implement preventive maintenance in PM route for tools used for prodcution. The equipment will be called PM in the 3 specified intervals as like 15000, 47500 to 52500 & no usage for 6 months (no production) respectively. And there are 2 categories of tools used in manufacturing, i.e, our owned & customer tools. For every PM, i would like to have a maintenance order to be created.

Can anyone brief a complete steps for this process in PM route?
