Dear Experts,

The user wants to do, year wise comparison of budget vs budget, actual vs actual and budget vs actual. For same project as well as for different projects.

Is there any way by which we can compare different projects?

You can use S_ALR_87013557 - Budget/Actual/Variance and S_ALR_87013558 - Budget/Actual/Commitment/Rem Plan/Assigned , run this report in graphical output, at the bottom screen you will see a table contains budget and actuals as columns and fiscal years in rows, so you can check budget year wise comparison, actual year wise comparison, budget vs actual year wise comparison.

Use CN41 or S_ALR_87013557 - Budget/Actual/Variance to compare the budget-Budget/Budget-Actual for various projects.

Download the CN41 results in an excel sheet for comparison purpose.
