Is it possible to do availability check at storage location level?
For example: there is 100 piece of a material in sloc A, and 0 in sloc B. Plant is the same.
Thanks
Hi Murat,
For availablity check at storage location level please check whether:
1) storage location is defaulted in the sales order.
2) In T-code OVZ9 , whether storage inspection checkbox is blank.
If both the above exist, then your requirement will be satisfied.

Storage location is defaulted in sales order and In T-code OVZ9 storage inspection checkbox is blank.
There are 100 pc in sloc A and 0 in sloc B.
In one sales order 100 pc of this material is entered and sloc is B. In another sales order sloc is A. System does not confirm for sloc A although material is in sloc A. How can I resolve this?
Hi,
I think so that it is possible to do availability check at storage location level as the scope of availablitlity check depends on checking group and checking rule..
Checking group is proposed in MM based on material type and plant. Now a plant if having many storage locations assigned to it, the checking group can be assigned at the storage location level in sales/plant data screen

Hi,
Yes it is possible to have the Availability check done at Storage Location level.
Go to OVZ9 tcode then select your Checking Group and Checking Rue combination, and in that you look for the Storage Location Inspection section and in that make sure the check box is not ticked.

Hi Murat,
Please check the scope of check for the delivery creation. Is the field
"no storage location inspection" active ?
(goto transaction CO09: enter material, plant and use checking rule B.
-> check "scope of check")
If no, then the system should confirm against the stock from StoLoc A.
If yes, the system should confirm against the stock from plant level.

Ramana
