Doubt in Activity Type and Work Center allocation to internal activity

Hi,

I am new to project system. I have created the activity type to the corresponding controlling area. When I added the activity type in the Work center creation transaction "CR01", there is an error message displayed. The error message is "Activity Type 0002 not set up for cost center 0001". I an not sure of where to map the activity type to cost center.

When we create cost element we give the default cost center. I have mapped the same cost element while activity type creation.

Kindly help me on the same. Please correct me if i m wrong in any of the process followed above.

Hi,

After creating Activity types,plan the cost in KP26 for the particular Cost centers and then enter the Activity type in Work center.

Another thing is that for PS use CNR1 to create Work centre

Thanks for your reply. But in KP26 transaction, there is an error message "Version 0 is not defined for the fiscal year 2009". It is not happening for any of the version.

Where do i define this. Kindly suggest.

in txn OKEQ you need to allow version 0 for fy 2009 for your controlling area

check woth your FICO consultant as suggested
