Firewall Problem (IPnat.sys) used by another Service

I have PI 7.0 system with windows 2003 x64 & oracle. after successful installation of SAP PI 7.0, windows firewall is showing problem during startup , the problem is : Windows firewall unable to run because another program or service is running that might use network adress translation component (IPnat.sys).

please help me

No Sir, System is working on default ports & there is no port conflict.

Hi Sachin,

I think this issue is nothing to do with PI instance.

I think this should be taken up by a windows administrator.

One Check: Stop PI instance and restart the server. Still if you face the same issue, then it is not an issue with PI instance.

Hello sachin;

Pls check whether two NICs used by server with the help of server\network team.

This issue seems related to server\network team.

What port is the service trying to run on? Check to see if this is not conflicting with any of the SAP system ports (including but not limited to 32xx, 33xx, 36xx etc) where xx is your system number

R
