WHETHER WE CAN CHANGE THE SHIP TO PARTY IN DELIVERY

Hi,

We cannot change the ship-to-party in delivery.

But we can change it in sales order if you make the necessity configuration.

The path is:

SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Basic Functions>Partner Determination>Set Up Partner Determination-->Set Up Partner Determination for Sales Document Header.

Click on "Partner Determination Procedure Assignment".Check the procedure assigned to your order type.

Click on "Partner Determination Procedures".Select that procedure.

Click on "Partner Functions in Procedure".

Select your partner function "SH" and also check that "Not modifiable" is not ticked.

In this you can change SH in Sales order not in delivery because by the time you create the delivery,the ship-to-party is already determined and to which we have to send the goods.

It not possible to change or modify

ship to party ID in the delivery document.

since Rel. 31H (see also SAP Note 81562) the goods recipient does

not can more be changed in the delivery.

In the partner determination VOPA for the respective partner schema the

GR does not can be changed either. (sh. also program 'XTPAER_FELDAUSAHL'

'MV80PO01').

Better you educate the suers to delete the delivery and change the ship to party in teh sales order to recreate the correct delivery.

As you know, change of partner triggeres lot of functions like pricing, route etc
