Delivery Pricing Conditions

Configure the pricing procedure at delivery with the required condition type to determine freight.

Also have the copying control from delivery to billing at item level with Price source as D for Delivery.

While you execute billing you would get the prices from the sales order as well as from deliveries.

If you were to look at the pricing procedure RVAA01 you will see there was a section dedicated to the various

freight charges. Normally, I would use one of the available condition types and create a condition master

based on the Incoterms.

Configuration path :-

IMG -> Logistics Execution -> Shipping -> Basic Shipping Functions -> Pricing

As you would be aware, you can differentiate the pricing procedure to your sales area by maintaining an alternate pricing procedure either in sale document type (VOV8) or billing document type (VOFA) and in Customer Master.

Since you wanted to have a different pricing procedure in billing, go to VOFA, select your billing type and maintain a value in the field Doc.pric.procedure, which you have not maintained in VOV8.

Create a new pricing procedure in V/08 and assign this pricing procedure in OVKK where there is a combination of sales area, document pricing procedure (it may be sale order type or billing type) and customer pricing procedure.

Since a new pricing will be carried out in billing, you should have the copy control in VTFL where there is a field Pricing Type at item category level.

Now create a sale order, delivery and billing and compare the pricing procedure in sale order and billing. It should have been a different Pricing procedure.

As already suggested, there is no need to change the price in delivery.

For billing, in control VTFL, select your item category for the combination of delivery type and billing type where you can see a field "Pricing Type". There maintain G. By this, you can have a different price in sale order to billing for which, you need to click on "Update" button in condition tab. On the other hand, if you maintain B, whatever price you maintain in VK11, system will only consider this. It will not consider your sale order price.

thanks

1. Changing pricing in delivery : This may not be required as delivery document will not have any of orders' pricing details. You can see this urself in the delivery document. Hence you need not go and make changes in pricing in delivery document.

2. Changing prices in Invoice : This is possible, for this in Copy control for Orders to invoice, you have to configure that prices should come from sales order. And in all the relevant condition types ( V/06), in the Changes possible, you have to click the necessary fields. If you click the values field, you should be able to change the values in the invoice document. So, a copy control and the conifguration at condition types will help you achieve ur objective
