Workflow Configuration by a functional Consultant

Hi,

There is a requirement of workflow which is to be triggered when the credit block is released.The developer has completed the development for the workflow but now he is asking me to do the configurations which is supposed to be done by a fucntional guy. Even the developer is not aware of the exact settings to be done.

Is there anyone who has encountered this before and if yes then please share your experience with me.

You have to setup the output type to be triggered to the partner function ( credit representative or any ) after releasing the

credit block for the sales order. Create a requirement routine in VOFM and assign this to the output type in the output determination procedure
