Milestone Billing via Project Systems

We use a project with milestones percentages to setup a billing plan in a SO. This works fine.

We are wondering if it possible to setup conditional milestones:

For example:

A milestone is completed, however the product produced only complies half to the requirements and there fore may only be billed for 50% of the milestone percentage.

Is this possible and how will reporting look like?

In milestone billing when you are using a percentage rule and change the

value and you had already billed a percentage the only solution to get

it fixed is to change the billing rules from percentage rule '1' to

rule '2' Milestone billing on a value basis as the percentage is no

longer a valid base due to the initial billing. Another alternative

is to the billing rule '3' for Closing invoice in milestone billing

and which takes over the value of the price change.
