Printing on Dymo LabelWriter 400

Hi,

i've got an problem.

I have an Dymo LabelWriter 400 but it always prints the half height.

The left paperborder is ok, but it seems it would use an 2,6 cm border at top...this cannot be right!

I copied the printer locl to LOCL_DYMO and selected

SWIN and printing via SAP-Prtokokoll. I also entered the connection to my printer and this was an success. The only problem is the wrong paperborder!

does anybody has an idea?

So,

i just have found the failure...

in the driver of the DYMO on my local pc there was the wrong label defined!

so it always tried to print on a smaller label!

Could you please tell me which settings you had to change to fix the issue? I am facing the same issue and still waiting for a solution to resolve it.

Not sure and DYMO is not visible in Note 1100779 - Participants in the SAP Printer Vendor program.

But I found one note.
