Hi SDN team,
Quite often, SDN members refer to SAP Notes.
SAP Notes can be easily referenced via the following URL structure:
www.service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/<SAP Note Number>
Example: [http://www.service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/91488]
It would be great, if SDN could offer a "Markup" for a SAP Note. This would be easy for you, but a nice improvement for the community.
Several markups are already offered for quotes, threads, forum, ...
Suggestion:
Which should automatically result in one of the following URLs:
- [SAP Note 91488|http://www.service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/91488]
- [91488|http://www.service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/91488]
- [SAP Note 91488 - SAP Support Services - Central preparatory note|http://www.service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/91488]
Best regards,
Ruediger
+1 - This would be very helpful and would encourage the use of the SAP note system (and perhaps help us demonstrate that people should search notes before posting questions on the forum).

+ 1.
These markups are to my knowledge however the Jive ID's for users, threads etc so it probably won't happen.
Cheers,

Hi Jurjen,
I would be open for everything, because I have no knowledge on Jive.
An "Insert SAP Note" button would have the same purpose.
Hopefully, SDN development / product management reads this thread.
Thanks, Ruediger
