EEWB Custom Field Creation Error

Hi All,

I have scenario in which I have to add 3 custom fields in Service Desk (Solution Manager) , I could able to do this if my project is saved in local($TMP) but if I am doing it using a project which is saved in package it is giving me error message no TK885 (No Request as sent through the interface ).

EEW Bus.Object : SERVICE_TRANSACTION

Extension Type : CUSTOMER_H

Please help.

Maybe transport orders are not asigned correctly - use pencil button in create column to pick transport order.

Hi,

Please follow the steps as mentioned below:

1. Goto t-code EEWB

2. Click on 'Create Project' and add the package name.

3. Now add the Workbench and Cutomizing requests number and Click "Save"

4. Right click on the project name just created and click "Create Extension"

5. Enter the "Name", "Description", EEW Bus Object = "SERVICE_TRANSACTION" and Extension Type = "CUSTOMER_H"

This will add the fields to the "Customer Addon fields"

A wizard to add new fields will pop-up.

6. Click "Continue"

7. Enter the "extension title"

8. Select "Business Transaction types" (Select "Service Process" for SLFN)

9. Enter the "Field Label" (Field Name) as desired. (Restricted to 18 characters)

10. Select Data Type and Length

11. Select "Header". This will add the field at header level

12. Select "BW" and "Search" this will make the fields to be searchable and also for BW reporting

13. Click Complete.
