Error with SMTP while assigining the mitigation control to user

Hi All,

I have created one mitigation control in RAR as per the given steps in guides.

But when i try to assign this to any user or role. I am getting following error. I think it is related to SMTP configuration.How to resolve this issue , what are the steps to do in ECC Backend and GRC front end .Could you please share any document links and SAP Notes to resolve this.

Error:Sending failed; nested exception is: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: localhost, port: 25; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
