Setting delivery block

Dear specialists,

If only one item of many items in sales order not confirmed with full quantity by ATP, I want to put delivery block in that sales order. How can i do this in confiugration only?

Hi,

To my knowledge, there are few options:

Option 1:

Go to XD02 tcode and then click the Sales area data and under the Shipping tab make a tick mark for the Complete delivery reqd by law check box.

Option 2:

You can go for manual delivery blocks in the sales order, once you come to know from the schedule line level that full quantities are not confirmed.

Option 3:

For automatic delivery block,

i) At the schedule line level, go to VOV6 tcode and put a block in the Delivery Block field OR

ii) At the Header level, go to VOV8 tcode and put a block in the Delivery Block field under the Shipping section.

Dear SAP2020,

Thanks for the reply very much. I would like to specify my question.

During saving of a sales order with multiple items, some items with complete qty confirmed and some are not. If even one of them didn't have complete ATP quantity confirmed, I would like the system dynamically assign header delivery block to this order.

The automatic delivery block can will assign the block whatever they are complete ATP or incomplete ATP, which is not what I want.

Hi,

To my knowledge It is not possible to have automatic block based on the confirmed qty.

May be you can discuss this possibility with your Abaper.

Got to the sales Order & as per the Line Item , go to Schedule Lines & put the Delivery Block.
