Hello Experts,

We upgraded our PI system to SAP PI 7.11 SP3 and then implemented SAP notes 1401097 and 1388864.

From then,

any URL http://<FQDN>:5xx00/index.html,

http://<FQDN>:5xx00/dir/start/index.jsp. are not working.

JAVA is up and running fine.

On ABAP side, PING and RFC INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI are also not working.

I checked all users and connections (SLD) are working fine.

Kindly help me on this.

Thanks & Regards,

Ananda Swaroop

Hi Ananda,

If none of the URLs are working, then check if Java is running.

Which OS/DB you are running on ?

If all Java services are running, then check the proxy settings in your IE. If your are using a proxy, then bypass the PI URL.

Please paste the outputs of INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI and SLD_UC RFC connections.

For a quich check, login to the PI server itself and try to access index.html locally on the server.

Cheers...........,

Raghu

Hi Sandeep,

I presume, you have NOT completed all other post build activities. And specific to your issue...please ensure the below value is set to the exchangeProfile for type 'Connection'.

Key - com.sap.aii.connect.integrationbuilder.startpage.url

value - dir/start/index.jsp

And, In regards to 'INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI' rfc - please ensure you deploy your PI system ABAP, JAVA entries into SLD.

You need to perform post build activites. Please refer to below URL to complete your post installation steps.
