ibase greyed out on notification

Hi-

I have several new Service Desk messages where the ibase was not maintained. Now, to push them through ChaRM I need to select the ibase but the fields are greyed out.

Where can I change this?

Hi

How come there is no ibase

its standard field whn filled automatically by the sytem ....morever its master data.

whnever u post ticket via notif_create or help menu it autmoatically filled the ibase

for the time being you can check that SU53 authorization check for you and whether you have right to maintain the same in the ticket.

Also first put 1 in the first text box and press f4 in the sec and choose ur system.

Hi Praxhar-

I have run an ST01 trace as well as an SU53 and no authorization errors are coming up.

If wrong Ibase values are entered on notif_create we will need to change them on the Service Desk ticket. I entered iBase value of 1 in the selection field but it will not let me select it because it is uneditable.

Any other ideas why this is grayed out?
