Error while processing Bids

hi SRM gurus,

I have created a bid invitation using the ID: xxxx01 and the Bids are published.

Again i went into the login of the Bidder userid :Bidder1 and submitted the bids . i got message the bid were submittted.

when in Login into the user id : xxxx01 i could not process further bids .

I am getting an error "business partner 60000384 does not exist.

Any config is missed

How to resolve this so that i can process the Bids.

what could be the problem

please advise

Can you look into as to which business partner 60000384 correspond to..?

Hi,

this is BP which is in the SRM org structure. When the user is asigned to org structure this BP is created

Hi,

Go to BP transaction and looking for BP 60000384, after that take a look in Relationship button to know if the BP is associated with user ID.

Hi,

I have processed the Bids in the Template BBP_BID_INV

and the bids are accepted.

Hence the problem is resolved.
