Hello,

I'm doing right now scenario like yours (WS to SAP (standard generated ABAP Proxy without SAP PI).

And ways that we use for getting legacy system information about WS:

WSDL-URL description and WSDL-file.

Please let me know if you need any clarification.

Dear Novik,

Thanks for ur input, this is one of the soultion which I was thinking. But I'm analysing what could be other alternative approaches for bypassing SOAP Sender adapter or any other?

Novik Solution: Leagacy system will provide WSDL where we will replace the SOAP URL with PI/XI URL

Thanks

If you are not using any attachments then you can bypass the adapter engine and post the message directly to the integration engine....to do this you need to make use of the Propose URL option in the WSDL generation wizard of ID

It should be the opposite approach....the legacy system wont provide you a WSDl....instead you need to provide a WSDL to it (generated in XI/ PI)

What different approaches are you lookig at? Since you know that it will be Proxy there is nothing much to explain....
