Only One UD

Good morning

I create one UD,UD code.Under catalogue 3(usage decision ) and I wish to see only my UD

at the time of UD all SAP Standard UD appears,I try to put the delesion flag to remaining Standard UDs but it appears.

How can i achive only one UD at the time of taking usege decision?

Hello MK

Please check the following

1) Have maintained the quality score procedure

2) also check whether update groups are available

SPRO >QM > Quality Inspection > Information System > Define Update for Each Origin

Dear Manjeet

You can do that in the config

SPRO > QM > Quality Inspection>Inspection Lot Creation > Maintain Inspection Types > 04> UD selected set and also tick the Selected set in Same plant

This will make only the required UD to come in your UD screen

thanks, it works!!

but at the time of UD one pop window appears which gives the massage

"Internal error- statistics were not updated"(which can be by pass)

what is that internal error?

Procedure

Try to update the statistics again. Be sure to observe any warnings that may displayed by the system and follow the instructions contained in the warnings.
