I have a drawback because not start the productive system of portal , it's SAP NW 7.0 SP 19, abap + java instance mi defaulttrace.trc file show the below errors :

Please check Enviornemnt variable and make sure ORACLE_SID and ORACLE_HOME, JAVA_HOME are not changed.

Please look at following files and post it here.

Please execute "R3trans -x" on command prompt and let me know out put.

Initially very thanks for your help, and I can to say this issue is solved, with your help and oracle dba.

The installatation of other software change the environment variables of java, after of to change this variables to correct values, new error appaer : "Database: > ORA-28000: the account is locked" this with user SAPSR3 , this situation is only in abap + java systems.

Solution :

1. change ora_sid environment variable to epp

2. enter : in cmd : sqlplus "as sysdba" in epp database

3. delete lock of this user. revise note : 951167

How system went down? By it self or you restarted and not coming up?

is your ABAP is up or not?

Do you know of any configuration change happened in your system before you restarted?

The server is restarted because is neccesary to install other software for backups CA backups is name for this software, I revised and this installation change the environment variables.

this system dont is restarted two months ago.

Instance abap is down.
