this issue resolved by myself.
solution :
I restored archive also and afterwards I have another message when i gave the command startup, message is ORA-01589:must use RESETLOGS and NORESETLOGS option for database open

for this message need to give command ALTER DATABASE OPEN RESETLOGS;

Then after shutdown databse and startup again.

This is not an issue or bug as you haven't followed the normal recovery process after restore, so you might struggled.

If you are running on Windows just follow Sap note 50088

If your OS is *NIX, then follow 400241

Delete all the OPS$ users which are showing with source SID and recreate new OPS$ users based on new SID

Hi,

Did you restore from an online backup or offline backup ? If it is an online backup, please restore the archivelogs and recover the database using the same, before opening.

Have you recovered your database using archivelogs before starting DB(if you restored online backup)?

Hello,

I guess the restore done has some problems or your Backup has some problems.

Please check all the logs file such as alertlog,recovery,backup,etc.,
