uperform spp error while publishing

Hi,

Currently it is not feasible for us to publish documents in uPerform / SPP. This feature was working before though. The response is that the publishing failed for the UDC document. Publishing PPT documents works fine.

The installation

RWD uPerform version 3.00

Oracle 10.2.0.4 database

All the services seem to be running correctly. However the server did report an error with the process content.exe. The event viewer provided this information.

Reporting queued error: faulting application content.exe, version 0.0.0.0, 
faulting module content.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0013c325. 

Does anyone have experience with this or could you point me to the log files that I could check to get some more detailed information on what might be causing the error?

Hi,

The issue has been solved with the support from the RWD support desk. Over time the temp files accumulate when alot of documents are published within a short period of time. Publishing is no longer possible because the temp directory is full.

The issue is resolved by deleting the temp files in this directory.

We have similar problem while publishing uperform files.

All files are published successfully except .UDC

how do we clean Temp folder on the server?

can anyone send the details
