Dear Experts,
As we are heading to our go-live, all transports are being imported to our PRD system.
As we are using ChaRM within SolMan, all TRs are related to Change Docs (Normal Corr). Once the TR is imported in the PRD system, the status of the Normal Corr should be changed to 'Production'.
As we speak of more than 1.000 Normal Corr, we'd like to change the status of all these Normal Corr at once using the report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT.
However, when performing this action, we always get the following error: 'Document 2800000935 refused for technical reasons: PPF_RETURN'. Long description is:
--
Document 2800000935 refused for technical reasons: PPF_RETURN
Message no. SOCM_ACTION_LOG203
Diagnosis
The status value cannot be changed.
The document may no longer be modifiable as a result of its status, or it may be being edited by another user.
System Response
This change transaction is skipped during report processing.
Procedure
Analyze the corresponding document during transaction processing and perform the status change manually if necessary.
--
However, the Normal Corr is still modifiable and it isn't locked by a user.
When changing the status manually of the Normal Corr, an error is thrown but the status is changed and the Normal Corr is closed.
We have no idea why this error is occuring. Already tried to set the phase of the Maintenance Cycle to 'Go-Live', without success.
One additional remark: when the status of the Normall Corr changes to 'Production' there is an action - linked to the status - that also changes the status of the linked Change Request. Not sure if this is related...
All help is highly appreciated...
Thanks a lot in advance!
Best regards,
Roel
