Actual lot quantity is different than Inspection lot quantity

Dear QM gurus,

Inspection lot is cretaed once production order is released(early lot creation).Here, my scenario is, Inspection lot quantity is 1 case but actual lot quantity is 2834 which is equal to production order quantity.

I am using sampling procedure and printing the labels. so now, Inspection lot has been cretaed but not in release status because its not able to calculate sample size.

when i do manually in QA02 by clicking on sample, system giving error as "sample size is more than Inspection lot quantity"

Can any body suggest me , how to reset my Inspection lot quantity as Actual Inspection lot quantity?

you can correct the actual quantity in Inspection lot using QAC1

We cant use QAC1 because we are using HU management for materials.
