Certificates for WSDL scenario

I am working on WSDL's and some time it may be sync or async and sender or receiver.

My wsdl's can be used by any parties inside firewall or outside firewall.

Please let me know what types of certificates should i need to install in case of Http and Https?

Certificates you need only in case of security connection. Please refer to link 'HTTP and SSL' :
