Output Type External Send

Hi SD Gurus,

I have configured one Output type ZMAL which send Email to external people

I done the all required configuration like ,Condition record, Access sequence,Ouput type, Output procedure and determination .

I selected Medium is 5-external send

But while creating sales order is not determining automatically , every time we need to choose Manually.

Could please suggesting what the necessary things I need to configured for external Email output automatically

Hi,

Goto the T.Code "VV11".

Enter your output type.

Maintain the output condition records here.

Select medium as "5(External send)" and Date/Time as "4(Send immediately (when saving the application))".

Save.

If you try now then it will be appeared automatically in your order.After this goto the T.Code "SOST" and then check your mail status.

Hi,

Goto the Change mode of the document, ( let say Billing document - VF02) and click on the Header-->output and

Goto----->Determine analysis.

There you will find if any issue or any routine missing

Please check and revert back.

Thanks for your reply but we could not find the Output option in Sales Header , Please guide the right way

Hi,

OUTPUT is in the EXTRAS-->OUTPUT->HEADER-->EDIT.

there you can find the Goto--->determine analysis

The Analysis you have to do in the Change mode of the sales order, then you will find all the OUTPUT TYPES which are relevant for the Application and it will give the information on the issue.
