Hello!

When I create a new sales order in VA01, and look at the order with SE16N afterwards - i see that fields like CTLPC and KNKLI are filled.

I thought this fields are from the customer settings in fd32? - but the customer data in fd32 is empty.

Does anyone know where the thata CTLPC in my sales order can come from?

thanks

Hello Tom,

You may have a default Credit control area and risk category from your customizing.

TVTA: default Credit control area affected to you sale area

T014: default risk category affected to your Credit control area

This setting prevent customer creation without KNKK record and not part of the credit check.

Afterward, user may update the chosen risk category in FD32.

Hi,

These two fields came from the master data.

Goto the T.Code "SE11/SE16".

Enter the table name as "KNKK(Customer master credit management: Control area data)".

Enter your customer number into "KUNNR" and Execute. Here you find these two fields with values.

The same is flowing into your VBAK table.

Krishna.

Thanks for your answer

However, the table KNKK is empty for this customer.... so i still don't know where this data comes from
