Updated Pricing for partly deliver sales order

System should allows to edit the pricing for partially proceed item.

Try updating Price at Billing Level and not at sales order level for partially delivered sales order.

In Billing - Item Level >> select Condition tab (Click on Update and select carry out New Pricing 'B')

Yes i know, but i have required to update pricing in sales order level if partly qty deliver.

because our user forgot the update pricing in billing document.

It is not possible to update pricing in sale order once it is partially delivered. The only option is that you have to assign Reason for Rejection for that line item and create a new line item so that system will fetch the new pricing.
