Number Range problem for SOs

Hi Experts

I have one issue in the My development client, where the Number range is not seen for the previously created orders, pls can you tell me where to check the if number range has been changed or why and how the previously created orders are missing

Hi,

You can try this:

Check in table VBAK the last number for sales orders (VBAK-VBELN),

Check the current number for number range assigned to the sales orders in Tcode VN01,

If the current number is smaller than the last number from VBAK, modify the current number to be equal to VBAK-VBELN.

This might be generated after some data has been imported from other clients.

Hi,

1. Goto VOV8 check your Sales Document No. range which assigned in Sales document

for Example: 10

2. Goto VN01 check the No.range for No.10

Check the year either its 2008 or 2009

then check the current no. range and as said VBAK last sales order No

it may help You,
