HI friend,
What is the difference between BO Designer connect BW QUERY and BW CUBE?
which one is better?
Best regards.
Howard
Hi,
OLAP universes provide the same capabilities on top of BEx queries or Infocubes.
However, some features you can define or use in a BEx query cannot be emulated at this stage on, an Infocube, such as:

Security

Structure

Keydate variable

Currency conversion

Navigational attributes

Hierarchy and hierarcy node variable
Moreover, in general, the performance is better when using a BEx query.
So the recommendation for the current release is to use a BEx query.
Regards,
Didier
