Hi,
Has anyone integrated the Solution Manager Service Desk with HEAT Help Desk software?
We use HEAT for all our support related issues and it would be nice to be able to forward relevant calls from HEAT to SAP (via Solution Manager). SAP Press "SAP Solution Manager Service Desk - Functionality and Implementation" describes this process in general terms but does not give details about specific Help Desk software.
Is this feasible? Can anyone give me a quick overview of the steps involved?

I know this is almost 3 years old, but I don't see any other references in my searches. Have you or anyone else here done HEAT integration with SolMan Support Desk? Is there a pre-built integration path or does it have to be custom?
