OTC stands for Order To Cash. This is the standard busniess cycle in SD.

OTC is Order to Cash cycle. Order to Cash Cycle is SD Process itself. The detail below will bring in further clearity:

Sales Order

Delivery

Picking

Packing

Post Goods Issue

Billing

Receipt of Payment.
