Hi,
We installed PI 711 ehp 1. I could not able to launch directory . I am getting the following error
Cannot connect to server using message server:
ms://host:8100/P4

Did you maintain FQDN in the exchange profile....refer this thread for more info:

Thank you. This fixed the problem. I could be able to launch the directory, but it is throwing a internal_error for any operation in the directory
These are the changes I made to the syste,
1. added the fqdn in the hosts file on server and client.
2. added the icm/host_name_full to the profile
3. changes the host name in exchange profile for all the host name perms.
